摘要

目的 苗族数纱作为湘西地区具有民族特色工艺美术品之一,应用其进行文创产品开发是当前热点及趋势,为提升湘西苗族数纱文创产品个性化及提高用户满意度,构建出一种面向用户需求融合F-Kano及TOPSIS的湘西苗族数纱文创产品设计路径,并以文创餐具为例展开深入探讨。方法 首先,通过多种渠道调研挖掘及识别出大量用户需求,并采用F-Kano对其进行属性划分,以明确各需求所属类型;其次,基于TOPSIS对魅力属性需求进行重要度计算,从而确定用户满意取向;最后,根据用户需求分析进行湘西苗族数纱餐具设计实践与评价。结果 研究表明通过将F-Kano及TOPSIS融合在湘西苗族数纱文创餐具设计中的适配性创新和方法扩展,很大程度提高了用户使用满意度。结论 基于F-kano和TOPSIS融合的湘西苗族数纱文创餐具产品设计路径,不仅能精准把握用户需求并完成创新设计方案,且具有系统性、科学性及可量化特点,弥补了当今文创产品设计研究方法单一性的不足,极大提高了湘西苗族数纱文创餐具产品研发的可行性,对打造具有地方特色和实用价值的文创餐具产品,提升产品的市场竞争力,推动文创产品多样化发展和区域文化传播具有重要意义。

Abstract

As one of the ethnic characteristic arts and crafts in western Hunan, the application of Miao yarn for cultural and creative product development is the current hotspot and trend. The work aims to construct a path of designing cultural and creative products of western Hunan Miao counting yarn by integrating F-Kano and TOPSIS to meet the needs of the users and discuss it in depth with cultural and creative tableware as an example, so as to enhance the personalisation of western Hunan Miao yarn cultural and creative products and improve the user satisfaction. Firstly, a large number of user needs were identified through various channels of user research, and F-Kano was used to categorize them based on attributes in order to clarify the types of needs; Secondly, the importance of the charismatic attributes of the needs was calculated based on TOPSIS to determine the more important needs; Finally, the design and evaluation of the western Hunan Miao counting yarn tableware was carried out according to the results of the analysis of the user needs. The study showed that the adaptability innovation and method extension of the fusion of F-Kano and TOPSIS in the design of western Hunan Miao counting yarn cultural and creative tableware greatly improved the user satisfaction. The western Hunan Miao counting yarn cultural and creative tableware product design path based on the fusion of F-kno and TOPSIS can not only accurately grasp the user needs and complete the innovative design scheme, but also has the characteristics of being systematic, scientific and quantifiable, which makes up for the inadequacy of today's single method of research on cultural and creative product design, and greatly improves the feasibility of the research and development of western Hunan Miao counting yarn cultural and creative tableware. It is of great significance to create cultural and creative tableware products with local characteristics and practical value, to enhance the market competitiveness of the products, and promote the diversified development of cultural and creative products and the dissemination of regional culture.
