目的 随着科技的不断进步,3D打印技术正在迅速改变传统制造业的面貌,日益融入经济社会发展各领域全过程,深刻改变着生产模式和生活方式。本文旨在通过对宋代青绿山水这种具有全球传播力的文化IP图式研究,尝试将古代画卷与当代算法和数字制造工艺形成跨时空链接,探寻数智时代中华优秀传统文化介入生活美学产品的创新设计方法。方法 引入产品CMF设计CMFPSE理论模型,对宋代青绿山水形态、颜色、皴法与空间4个方面进行图式分析与数字编码,提供一种“文化基因→数字图解→技术媒介→CMF人文表达→生活美学产品”的设计思路。结果 借助参数化设计和PolyJet技术的“再媒介”,激活文化遗产,提升CMF材料的情感价值,彰显新时代人文价值的回归、技术与文化双轴驱动的发展精髓。结论 以PolyJet为代表的新兴技术与文化共生,为文化产业注入持续的创新动能提供了一个全新的视角和实践参考。
Abstract
With the continuous advancement of technology, 3D printing is rapidly transforming the landscape of traditional manufacturing, increasingly integrating into all domains and the entire process of economic and social development, profoundly reshaping production models and lifestyles. The work aims to explore the innovative design methods for integrating outstanding traditional Chinese culture into lifestyle aesthetics products in the digital intelligence era by studying the cultural IP schema of Song Dynasty's green-and-blue landscape painting, a globally influential artistic form, and establishing a cross-temporal link between ancient scrolls and contemporary algorithms and digital manufacturing processes. By introducing the CMFPSE theoretical model of product CMF design, schematic analysis and digital encoding were conducted on the form, color, texture strokes, and spatial composition of Song Dynasty's green-and-blue landscapes, proposing a design framework: "Cultural DNA → Digital Diagram → Technological Medium → CMF Humanistic Expression → Lifestyle Aesthetics Products." Through the "re-mediation" of parametric design and PolyJet technology, the cultural heritage was revitalized, the emotional value of CMF materials was enhanced, and the return of humanistic values in the new era, as well as the dual-driven essence of technological and cultural development was highlighted. The symbiosis of emerging technologies, represented by PolyJet, and culture provides a fresh perspective and practical reference for injecting sustained innovative momentum into the cultural industry.
