摘要

目的 饮食管理是糖尿病治疗的基础。通过引入行为心理学的行为改变理论,提出面向糖尿病患者的“三阶段行动链”饮食管理设计模型,以解决患者在饮食管理中的认知负担、操作复杂性及依从性差等问题,促进病情控制和长期健康维护。方法 首先,通过文献研究,从行为改变理论视角探讨了糖尿病患者阶段性饮食管理设计的可行性;其次,基于行为改变理论中的阶段变化模型,推导出糖尿病饮食管理的行为阶段及其对应的设计维度并结合典型案例进行论证,进而提出面向糖尿病患者的“三阶段行动链”饮食管理设计模型;最后,通过结合设计实践进行具体说明与验证。结果 构建了面向糖尿病患者的“三阶段行动链”饮食管理设计模型,即触发准备阶段-设计引发健康饮食认知意识;行动实现阶段-设计养成健康饮食行为逻辑;维持强化阶段-设计促成健康饮食共情反馈,并在其指导下进行糖尿病患者饮食管理产品设计实践。结论 基于行为改变理论,探讨糖尿病患者阶段性饮食管理设计,不仅有助于提升患者的自主饮食管理能力,而且能为针对糖尿病饮食治疗的设计领域研究提供新思路和实践参考。

Abstract

Diet management is the basis of diabetes treatment. The work aims to propose a "three-stage action chain" diet management design model for diabetic patients by introducing the behavioral change theory of behavioral psychology, to solve the problems of cognitive burden, operational complexity and poor compliance in diet management, so as to promote disease control and long-term health maintenance. Firstly, the feasibility of stage diet management design for diabetic patients was discussed from the perspective of the behavior change theory. Secondly, based on the stage change model in the behavior change theory, the behavioral stages of diabetes diet management and the corresponding design dimensions were deduced, and the "three-stage action chain" diet management design model was proposed for diabetes patients. Finally, it was explained and verified by combining design practice. In this paper, a "three-stage action chain" diet management design model for diabetic patients was constructed, that was, the trigger preparation stage, in which the design triggered the awareness of healthy diet; the action realization stage, in which the logic of healthy eating behavior was designed; and the maintenance reinforcement stage, in which healthy eating empathy feedback is designed and promoted, and diet management product design practice was carried out for diabetic patients under its guidance. Based on the behavior change theory, this study discusses the design of stage diet management for diabetic patients, which not only helps to improve the patients' ability of independent diet management, but also provides new ideas and practical reference for the research on the design of diabetic diet treatment.
