目的 旨在探讨数字化新闻体验系统在提升媒介素养中的作用,尤其是在后真相时代,如何通过程序性设计增强受众的信息认知与批判分析能力。方法 基于PLR方法,构建培养媒介素养的程序性新闻体验系统设计框架PNE并基于此框架自主研发了一款新闻体验系统“Take Away”,将其作为实验材料,面向在校大学生(n=68)进行了效果验证。结果 “Take Away”能够有效提升受众接受新闻和批判分析的能力。结论 证实了PNE框架的实用性,表明交互设计与用户研究的结合能有效提升媒介素养,为媒介素养教育提供新途径。
Abstract
The work aims to explore the role of digital news experience systems in enhancing media literacy, especially in the context of the post-truth era, and how to enhance the audience's information cognition and critical analysis ability through contextualized design. Based on the PLR method, a PNE framework for contextualized news experience design was constructed to cultivate media literacy. Based on this framework, a news experience product "Take Away" was independently developed, and then used as an experimental material to validate the effect on university students (n=68). "Take Away" can effectively enhance the audience's ability to receive news and critically analyze it. In conclusion, the practicality of the PNE framework is confirmed, indicating that the combination of interaction design and user research can effectively improve media literacy and provide a new way for media literacy education.
