目的 针对传统文化遗产价值评估中缺乏对资源时空分布特征的系统分析、投入产出效能关联研究不足的问题,以湘赣红色文化资源为对象,探讨评估结果对空间布局与体验设计的启示。方法 收集2014年至2024年湘赣两省红色文化多源数据,构建包含资源投入、经济效益、社会效益、文化传承和可持续发展5个维度的“投入-效能-优化”(IEO)三维评估模型并形成相应指标体系,结合随机森林特征重要性分析与空间计量经济学,提出基于时空权重矩阵的动态效能预测框架。结果 随机森林模型表现最优(R²=0.925 4),资源投入与综合效能相关性最强(r=0.876、P<0.01);可持续发展与文化遗产保护是效能提升的主导特征,资源效能演化呈“S型”并存在约1~2年的投入-产出时滞;空间格局呈“核心-边缘”圈层结构,当跨区域合作项目数达到25个时协同增益显著。结论 机器学习驱动的IEO三维评估模型为红色文化资源配置提供量化依据并将其转译为湘赣红色文化“纪念节点-叙事旅游-服务网络”的一体化设计原则,为红色文化空间布局、体验要素配置与动态适应性设计提供方法参考。
Abstract
The work aims to take the red culture resources of Hunan and Jiangxi provinces as the object to explore the implications of assessment results for spatial layout and experience design to address the lack of systematic analysis of the spatiotemporal distribution characteristics of resources and insufficient research on the correlation between input and output efficiency in traditional cultural heritage value assessment. Multi-source data on red culture in Hunan and Jiangxi provinces from 2014 to 2024 were collected. A three-dimensional assessment model of "Input-Efficiency-Optimization" (IEO) including five dimensions of resource input, economic benefits, social benefits, cultural inheritance, and sustainable development was constructed. A corresponding indicator system was formed, and a dynamic efficiency prediction framework based on a spatiotemporal weight matrix was proposed by combining random forest feature importance analysis and spatial econometrics. Results showed that the random forest model performed best (R²=0.925 4), and the correlation between resource input and comprehensive efficiency was the strongest (r=0.876, P<0.01). Sustainable development and cultural heritage protection were the dominant features of efficiency improvement. The evolution of resource efficiency showed an "S-shaped" pattern with an input-output time lag of about 1-2 years. The spatial pattern showed a "core-periphery" concentric structure, and the synergistic gain was significant when the number of cross-regional cooperation projects reached 25. In conclusion, the machine learning-driven IEO three-dimensional evaluation model provides a quantitative basis for the allocation of red culture resources and translates it into an integrated design principle of "commemorative nodes-narrative tourism-service network" for red culture in Hunan and Jiangxi provinces, providing a methodological reference for the spatial layout, configuration of experiential elements and dynamic adaptive design of red culture.
