摘要

目的 旨在响应数智转型背景下博物馆场景中数智生态展具体验过程的实际需求,并提升用户满意度,研究构建融合情境分析与结构方程模型(SEM)的设计路径,以开展深入的设计实证研究。方法 以情境分析为框架,解析博物馆数智展具使用场景中的用户需求。通过用户访谈与行为观察,提炼出审美、功能、交互、空间及情感五个维度共20项用户体验要素。构建数智生态展具用户体验的结构方程模型(SEM),运用SPSS与AMOS软件分析路径系数,揭示各要素之间的作用机制及影响权重,明确设计要素优先级,为展具创新提供实证依据。结果 根据上述分析构思出一款适配博物馆复杂情境的数智生态展具。结论 融合情境分析与结构方程模型的实证路径适用于博物馆数智生态展具研究,实现了从用户需求向设计特征的精准转化,为博物馆数智展具的智能产品开发提供了理论依据与实践指导。

Abstract

To address the practical needs arising from the digital-intelligent ecological exhibition device experience process in museum scenarios under the context of digital-intelligent transformation and enhance user satisfaction, the work aims to construct a design pathway that integrates situational analysis with the Structural Equation Model (SEM) for conducting in-depth empirical design research. Guided by situational analysis, user needs within the interactive contexts of museum digital-intelligent exhibition devices were examined. Through user interviews and behavioral observations, twenty user experience factors were extracted across five dimensions of aesthetics, functionality, interactivity, spatial perception and emotional engagement. Based on these findings, an SEM model of user experience for digital-intelligent ecological exhibition devices was developed. By adopting SPSS and AMOS for path coefficient analysis, the interrelationships and impact weights among key factors were revealed, thereby clarifying the priority of design elements and providing an empirical foundation for exhibition innovation. Subsequently, a digital-intelligent ecological exhibition device adaptable to the complex contexts of museums was conceptualized. The proposed empirical pathway, integrating situational analysis and SEM, proves applicable to research on digital-intelligent ecological exhibition devices in museums, achieving a precise transformation from user needs to design features and offering both theoretical and practical guidance for the intelligent product development of museum exhibitions.
