摘要

目的 针对下肢残障青年群体隐性情感需求未被满足的问题,探索情感化设计在轮椅中的创新路径,以促进该群体的社会融入与生活质量提升。方法 提出NLP-TF-AD情感需求模型,首先通过多源数据采集与自然语言处理技术提取下肢残障青年情感文本;其次结合TF-IDF算法与共词网络构建物质关心、社交归属及自我价值三维度需求体系;最后基于FAST-AD公理设计框架,通过耦合矩阵分析实现需求向轮椅设计策略的系统转化,并开展设计实践与用户评估。结果 提出下肢残障青年轮椅情感化设计策略体系,并通过设计实践和设计评估验证了该方法的可行性。结论 基于数据驱动的NLP-TF-AD模型,通过情感需求挖掘与系统化功能映射机制,有效解决传统方法对残障群体隐性情感需求捕捉不足的问题,验证了情感化设计在提升辅具产品社会价值与心理认同方面的可行性,为残障群体辅具创新提供了理论范式与实践参考。

Abstract

The work aims to explore innovative approaches to emotional design in wheelchairs to enhance their social integration and quality of life, so as to address the unmet implicit emotional needs of young adults with lower limb disabilities. A NLP-TF-AD emotional needs model was proposed. Firstly, emotional text data on young adults with lower limb disabilities were extracted through multi-source data collection and natural language processing techniques. Next, the TF-IDF algorithm and the co-word network were used to construct a three-dimensional needs system consisting of material care, social belonging, and self-worth. Finally, the FAST-AD axiomatic design framework was applied to systematically transform these needs into wheelchair design strategies through coupling matrix analysis, followed by design practice and user evaluation. An emotional design strategy system for wheelchairs for young adults with lower limb disabilities was proposed and validated through design practice and evaluations, confirming the feasibility of the method. The data-driven NLP-TF-AD model effectively addresses the issue of insufficiently capturing the hidden emotional needs of the disabled group by utilizing data-driven need mining and systematic function mapping. It also demonstrates the potential of emotional design in enhancing the social value and psychological identity of assistive device products, providing an effective solution for the disabled community. This approach offers both a theoretical framework and practical reference for the innovation of assistive devices for disabled individuals.
