摘要

目的 探讨在老龄化背景下社区内老年人使用户外公共健身器材的影响因素并为社区健身器材的优化提供策略参考。方法 围绕老年人的需求与期望,基于KANO-IPA模型,综合采用AEIOU观察法、问卷调研法,从安全性、易用性、功能性、可达性、社交性与美观性6个关键维度出发,提炼老年人对户外公共健身器材的需求优先级。结果 老年用户较关注健身器材的容错率与柔韧性运动器材的优化。具有较高需求排序的包括健身器材的教学标识与知识科普、简易操作性、健身效果检测与休憩设施。结论 通过探析老年人对社区健身器材的真实需求与评价,为社区健身器材优化改造提供设计策略方向与参考。

Abstract

The work aims to explore the influencing factors of the elderly using outdoor public fitness equipment in communities against the backdrop of population aging and provide strategic references for the optimization of community fitness equipment. Focusing on the needs and expectations of the elderly, the KANO-IPA model was combined with the AEIOU observation method and questionnaire survey to extract the priority of the elderly's needs for outdoor public fitness equipment from six key dimensions including safety, usability, functionality, accessibility, sociability and aesthetics, Elderly users were more concerned about the fault tolerance of fitness equipment and the optimization of flexible exercise equipment. In addition, high priority for renovation included teaching labels and knowledge popularization of fitness equipment, simplicity of operation, fitness effect detection, and recreational facilities. Based on the analysis of the need characteristics of elderly users, this work puts forward the reference for the transformation strategy of community fitness equipment for the elderly.
