摘要

目的 为探究生成式人工智能(GenAI)工具在银行智能终端设备适老设计流程中的辅助作用。方法 首先,运用Kano模型与层次分析法(AHP)对银发用户的智能终端适老需求进行分类与权重排序。在此基础上,以银行智能终端设备硬件外观需求为例,综合采用多种GenAI工具(DeepSeek、豆包、Kimi、EQMJ-灵犀、Stable Diffusion等),通过“文生文”“文生图”“图生图”三种人工智能生成内容(AIGC)模式,开展适老设计辅助实践。结果 研究表明,GenAI工具能在设计流程的多个环节有效辅助设计师,包括需求权重计算、自然语言提示词优化、造型风格与功能细节意向图生成、创意方案草图线稿绘制、低保真CMF(色彩、材料、表面处理)设计。这些辅助作用显著提升了创意灵感、工作效率与设计质量。结论 提出了融合Kano-AHP-AIGC的“需求识别-权重排序-方案设计”的银行智能终端设备全流程适老设计研究路径、基于AIGC的适老方案设计流程框架,以及AIGC辅助的“概念手绘化-快速电子化-位图矢量化-线条精确化”草图线稿“五化”步骤,为银行智能终端设备外观与CMF设计方面的适老化理论研究与设计实践提供有价值的参考。

Abstract

The work aims to investigate the auxiliary role of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) tools in the age-friendly design process of intelligent banking terminals. Firstly, the Kano model and Analytic Hierarchy Process were employed to classify and prioritize the age-friendly requirements of intelligent terminals. On this basis, with the hardware aesthetic requirements of intelligent banking terminals as an example, an auxiliary practice was carried out for the age- friendly design through the comprehensive application of multiple GenAI tools (DeepSeek, Dou bao, Kimi, EQMJ-Lingxi, Stable Diffusion, etc.) across three AIGC generation modes of text-to-text, text-to-image, and image-to-image. The findings demonstrated that GenAI tools could effectively assist designers across multiple stages of the design workflow, including demand weight calculation, natural language prompt optimization, generation of styling and functional detail mood boards, creation of conceptual sketch wireframes, and low-fidelity CMF design. These auxiliary functions significantly enhanced creative inspiration, work efficiency, and design quality. This work proposes an integrated Kano-AHP- AIGC pathway for age-friendly design of intelligent banking terminals, implementing a full-process strategy of "Requirement Identification-Priority Weighting-Solution Design", an AIGC-Based design process framework for age-friendly solutions and an AIGC-assisted "Five-Stage Sketch Refinement" workflow, providing valuable reference for both theoretical research and design practice in elderly-oriented exterior styling and CMF design of intelligent banking terminals.
