目的 为解决老年人的用药安全与服药依从性,提出了一种基于Kano-FAST-FBS融合设计流程的智能药盒设计方法。方法 首先,通过问卷调查和用户访谈,分析了老年用户的用药需求,并利用Kano模型对需求进行分类,明确了需求的优先级;其次,结合FAST模型将需求转化为功能并分解为各子功能,进一步通过FBS模型进行功能-行为-结构的映射;最终形成了系统化的设计路径,构建智能药盒的功能框架和技术实现原理。结果 结合造型、色彩、材质、交互界面等设计要素,完成智能药盒的外观及交互设计,通过模糊综合评价法验证了该设计方法的可行性和有效性。结论 融合Kano-FAST-FBS模型的设计流程能够有效优化智能药盒的功能与用户体验,为老年群体提供了一种切实可行的用药管理解决方案,培养了学生的人文情怀和系统设计观,为产品设计教学提供了一个新思路。
Abstract
To improve the safety of medication and medication compliance of the elderly, the work aims to propose a design method of smart pill boxes based on the integrated Kano-FAST-FBS design process. Through questionnaire surveys and user interviews, the medication demands of elderly users were analyzed, and the Kano model was used to classify the demands and clarify the priority of the demands. Then, combined with the FAST model, the demands were transformed into functions and decomposed into sub-functions, and the function-behavior-structure mapping was further carried out through the FBS model, and finally a systematic design path was formed to build the functional framework and technical realization principle of the smart pill box. Finally, the appearance and interaction design of the smart pill box were completed by combining design elements such as shape, color, material and interactive interface. The feasibility and effectiveness of the design method were verified by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The design process combining Kano, FAST and FBS models can effectively optimize the function and user experience of smart pill boxes, and provide a practical medication management solution for the elderly group. Furthermore, the students' humanistic feelings and systematic design perspective are cultivated through the design process which also provides a new approach for teaching of product design.
