摘要

目的 模糊前端作为产品创新过程中最重要也最薄弱的环节,对新产品开发的成败和最终收益具有决定性影响。然而,当前模糊前端的研究存在要素分散、内部层级认知不清的问题。因此,本研究全面整合产品创新模糊前端的相关文献,理清其内部要素并明晰模糊前端的优先级。方法 本研究采用LDA(Latent Dirichlet Allocation),全面整合1999年至2023年间产品创新模糊前端领域内的多种主题要素。结合ISM(Interpretative Structural Model)进一步梳理内部维度的复杂关系并确定各维度的优先级。结果 通过LDA和ISM的结合使用,本研究较为全面地获取了产品创新模糊前端的要素并清晰地揭示了其内部要素的复杂关系,同时也明确了模糊前端的优先级。结论 本研究为产品创新模糊前端提供了优化管理策略和资源分配决策的有效参考并为解决产品创新模糊前端的模糊性与不确定性等设计问题进行了有益增补。

Abstract

Fuzzy front end, as the most critical yet fragile stage in product innovation, decisively impacts the success and profitability of new product development. However, current study on fuzzy front end suffers from fragmented elements and unclear internal hierarchy. The work aims to integrate relevant literature, clarify internal elements, and establish priority levels. Using latent dirichlet allocation (LDA), this study systematically identified key elements in the fuzzy front end of product innovation from 1999 to 2023. The interpretative structural model (ISM) was used to further analyze internal relationships and prioritization. By combining LDA and ISM, this study revealed the complex interconnections among elements and refines their hierarchy. This study offers valuable insights for optimizing management and resource allocation in the fuzzy front end of product innovation, contributing to solutions for ambiguity and uncertainty in design.
