目的 探讨战后美国家庭厨房如何通过优化橱柜结构与设施配置,在标准模块化组合、内部空间动态分区管理与人机交互逻辑三个维度实现突破并解析其设计范式形成的技术基础与社会动力,为当代中国厨房的本地化发展提供理论支撑。方法 采用历史分析法回溯战后美国社会与住宅发展背景,对典型厨房设施和橱柜设计手段进行案例分析,比较中美厨房问题并结合空间规划、人体工学等理论进行设计分析。结果 战后美国家庭厨房设施通过橱柜标准化生产体系、多功能存储系统、人因工程学优化提升厨房使用效率,增强用户体验,其背后的设计理念与策略仍具有现实意义,可为当下中国厨房设施现代化转型提供重要借鉴。结论 研究发现战后美国家庭厨房设施改变不仅受到住宅空间与工业进程的影响,而且与社会文化变迁、生活方式演变密切相关,启发未来中国厨房设施的转型亦应从打造“功能空间”升维为“文化容器”,成为文化自信与技术创新的双重表达。
Abstract
The work aims to explore how post-war American family kitchens optimize cabinet structures and facility configurations through equipment system design, achieve breakthroughs in the three dimensions of standard modular combinations, dynamic partition management of internal space and human-machine interaction logic, and analyze the technological foundations and social dynamics of the formation of their design paradigms, so as to provide theoretical support for the localized development of contemporary Chinese kitchens. Typical kitchen facilities and cabinet design tools were analyzed by looking back at the background of social and residential development in post-war America, and compared in the context of spatial planning, ergonomics and other theories. The design concepts and strategies behind the standardized production system, multifunctional storage system, and ergonomic optimization of kitchen facilities in post-war America to enhance the efficiency of kitchen use and user experience are still of practical significance, and can provide important reference for the modernization and transformation of kitchen facilities in China. Research finds that the changes of post-war U.S. family kitchen facilities are not only influenced by the residential space and industrial processes, but also closely related to social and cultural changes, as well as lifestyle evolution. The future transformation of China's kitchen facilities should be upgraded from creating a "functional space" to a "cultural container, and become a dual expression of cultural confidence and technological innovation.
