摘要

目的 针对当前非遗类APP普遍存在交互方式单一、情感体验不足及用户参与度偏低等问题,探索AIGC技术与多模态交互融合的非遗APP交互界面设计方法,以提升非遗数字传播的沉浸性与用户体验质量。方法 通过专家访谈与KJ法提炼非遗APP用户需求要素。基于A-KANO模型与李克特量表对用户需求进行量化分析并结合Better-Worse系数与重要性指数确定需求优先级。在此基础上,以国家级非物质文化遗产德江傩堂戏为案例,构建基于AIGC的文本、视觉与声音多模态交互界面设计方案,完成APP原型设计并开展用户测试与满意度评估。结果 研究识别出12项核心用户需求,其中内容可理解性、视觉简约性与信息获取便捷为高优先级需求。基于AIGC生成的多模态交互界面在文化特色、语音情感共鸣与交互反馈清晰等方面表现良好,用户评估结果显示整体满意度较高。结论 AIGC驱动的多模态交互界面设计能够有效提升非遗APP的用户体验与文化传播效果,为非遗数字化应用提供了具有实践价值的设计路径。

Abstract

The work aims to explore an interactive interface design approach for ICH Apps that integrates artificial intelligence generated content (AIGC) with multimodal interaction, to deal with the common problems of intangible cultural heritage (ICH) Apps, such as single interaction modes, insufficient emotional experience, and low user engagement, to enhance immersion and user experience in digital heritage communication. User demands for ICH Apps were extracted through expert interviews and the KJ method, and then quantitatively analyzed using the A-KANO model and Likert scale, with Better-Worse coefficients and importance indices employed to determine the priority of each demand. Based on these results, Dejiang Nuo Opera, a national-level intangible cultural heritage, was selected as a case study to develop a multimodal interactive interface design incorporating AIGC-generated textual, visual, and auditory content. An App prototype was constructed and subjected to user testing and satisfaction evaluation. The results indicated that twelve core user demands were identified, among which content comprehensibility, visual simplicity, and ease of information access were ranked as high-priority factors. The AIGC-based multimodal interactive interface demonstrated favorable performance in cultural expression, emotional resonance of voice interaction, and clarity of interaction feedback, with user evaluations showing a high level of overall satisfaction. The study confirms that AIGC-driven multimodal interactive interface design can effectively improve user experience and communication effectiveness in ICH Apps, providing a practical design reference for the digital development of intangible cultural heritage.
