摘要

目的 为解决非遗数字化转型问题和传播制瓷技艺的创新发展路径问题,将传统文化与现代技术相结合并由数字化技术赋能于非物质文化遗产,以有效提升陶瓷产品作为非遗符号的市场传播需求,并在可持续设计的背景下促进陶瓷产业的发展。方法 采用风格迁移技术ResNet-20进行图像分类,将传统陶瓷纹样归纳为“传统的”“简单的”“规律的”三大类,进一步利用模糊层次分析法(FAHP)对每类纹样风格进行权重分析,构建层级模型,评估不同纹样风格的相对重要性。针对瓷器瓶的形态进行解构,应用粒子群优化-支持向量回归(PSO-SVR)算法,进行造型特征与纹样风格的评价映射训练,以实现最佳设计特征与风格的匹配。结论 提出了适用于非遗数字化陶瓷产品创新设计的理论框架,指出了技术与文化融合的潜力,及其在推动传统文化传承、创新设计和可持续发展方面的重要意义。

Abstract

The work aims to combine traditional culture and modern technology and enable the traditional intangible cultural heritage by digital technology, to solve the problem of digital transformation of intangible cultural heritage and the innovative development path of spreading ceramic making techniques, so as to effectively enhance the market communication demand of ceramic products as intangible cultural heritage symbols, and promote the sustainable development of the ceramic industry in the context of sustainable design. Traditional ceramic patterns were classified into "traditional", "simple" and "regular" by style transfer ResNet-20, and the weight of each pattern style was analyzed by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) to build a hierarchical model and evaluate the relative importance of different pattern styles. The shape of porcelain bottles was deconstructed, and the PSO-SVR algorithm was applied to evaluate the mapping training of shape features and pattern styles, so as to achieve the best matching of design features and styles. In conclusion, a theoretical framework for the innovative design of intangible cultural heritage digital ceramic products is proposed, and the potential of technology and culture integration is pointed out, as well as its significance in promoting traditional culture inheritance, innovative design and sustainable development.
