摘要

目的 为满足健康养生类产品的市场需求,实现人居环境智能化,对智能家居产品中智能足浴盆的设计现状进行梳理和分析。方法 首先,运用问卷调查法获取研究对象的初始需求描述;其次,通过用户旅程图(CJM),分析用户行为、想法或感受,得出用户在足浴的各个过程中的痛点与机会点,进一步获取用户深度需求,构建需求层次项;最后,通过设计Kano模型问卷,将同一功能特性正反两方面的主观评价结果按照Kano属性分类对照表进行归类整理,运用Better-Worse系数分析及四分图得出需求项的优先级。结论 依据Kano模型分析用户需求,排除无差异属性,按照必备属性、期望属性、魅力属性的优先排序,确立智能足浴盆的功能设计定位。

Abstract

The work aims to sort out and analyze the current status of the design of smart foot baths in smart home products to meet the market need for health and wellness products. Firstly, the questionnaire method was used to obtain the initial needs description of the research subjects. Secondly, through the user journey map (CJM), user behaviors, thoughts or feelings were analyzed to obtain the pain points and opportunity points of users in each process of foot bath, further obtain users' in-depth needs, and construct need level items. Finally, by designing the Kano model questionnaire, the subjective evaluation results of the positive and negative aspects of the same functional characteristics were classified and sorted according to the Kano attribute classification comparison table, and the priority of the need items was obtained by using the Better-Worse coefficient analysis and the quartile graph. According to the Kano model, user needs are analyzed, undifferentiated attributes are excluded, and the functional design positioning of smart foot baths is established according to the priority of necessary attributes, expected attributes, and charm attributes.
