目的 设计一种具有稳定性、可用性、简易性和文化性特点的榫卯结构座椅。方法 通过KANO模型和TRIZ理论的运用,将用户需求与设计过程相结合,以确保设计出满足用户期望的创新产品。首先,通过市场调研和用户访谈了解用户需求并利用KANO模型分类和分析用户需求,以满足用户的心理期望;其次,将用户需求转化为具体的设计需求并运用质量功能展开(QFD)理论建立质量屋矩阵,以确保设计需求能够满足用户期望;最后,运用TRIZ理论解决设计中的矛盾和问题点,找到创新的解决方案,克服设计中的各种障碍和挑战。结论 榫卯结构作为中国古代工匠智慧的结晶,象征着传统工艺的精湛与传承具有重要的历史纪念意义,最终设计出榫卯结构的现代座椅,二者结合不仅在审美上呈现出独特的魅力,更在文化传承上展现出丰富的内涵与意义。
Abstract
The work aims to design a mortise and tenon structured seat with stability, usability, simplicity and cultural characteristics. Through the application of KANO model and TRIZ theory, the users' needs were combined with the design process to ensure that the innovative products could meet the users' expectations. First of all, market research and user interviews were conducted to understand users' needs, and the KANO model was employed to classify and analyze users' needs, in order to clarify the psychological expectations of users. Secondly, the users' needs were transformed into specific design needs, and the quality function expansion (QFD) theory was used to establish the House of Quality matrix to ensure that the design needs could meet the users' expectations. Then, the TRIZ theory was used to solve the contradictions and problems in the design, find innovative solutions, and overcome various obstacles and challenges in the design. As the crystallization of the wisdom of ancient Chinese artisans, the mortise and tenon structure symbolizes the virtuosity and inheritance of traditional craftsmanship and has important historical significance. The design of the modern mortise and tenon structured seat is the final result and the combination of the two not only presents a unique aesthetic charm, but also shows rich connotation and significance in cultural inheritance.
