摘要

目的 旨在基于适老化需求,设计更贴合老年糖尿病患者真实需求的胰岛素管理装置,提升老年人生活质量。方法 采用KJ亲和图法获取老年人对胰岛素管理装置的需求,归纳出5类14项具体需求。借助AHP层次分析法,对各项需求开展权重计算与排序。结果 结合产品设计程序与方法,围绕核心需求指标,形成从需求量化到功能落地的适老化设计路径,该路径以KJ-AHP方法构建了权重清晰的需求体系,并据此完成集成式胰岛素管理系统的设计。其创新性体现在一体化双终端集成与多模态交互体系构建,共同提升了系统的综合性能与用户体验。可用性测试表明,该装置在任务完成率与用户满意度方面均表现优异,有效满足了老年用户的核心需求,为其提供了可靠、便捷的胰岛素管理解决方案。结论 胰岛素笔与胰岛素盒的一体化创新设计聚焦核心功能,精准回应老年糖尿病患者痛点,为同类产品开发提供参考。

Abstract

To address age-friendly needs, the work aims to design an insulin management device that better matches the real needs of elderly diabetic patients and improves the quality of life for the elderly. The KJ Affinity Diagram method was adopted to collect the needs of the elderly for insulin management devices, and 14 specific needs were summarized into 5 categories. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used to calculate and rank the weight of each need. Combined with product design procedures and methods, an age-friendly design path from need quantification to function implementation was formed around core demand indicators. With this path, a clearly weighted need system was constructed through the KJ-AHP integrated method, based on which the design of an integrated insulin management system was completed. Its innovation lied in integrated dual-terminal integration and the construction of a multi-modal interaction system, which jointly improved the system's comprehensive performance and user experience. Usability tests showed that the device performed excellently in both task completion rate and user satisfaction, effectively meeting the core needs of elderly users and providing a reliable and convenient insulin management solution. In conclusion, the innovative integrated design of the insulin pen and insulin case focuses on core functions, accurately responding to the pain points of elderly diabetic patients, and providing a reference for the development of similar products.
