摘要

目的 针对香云纱在当代家具设计中存在的材质语义转译不足、文化内涵与现代生活方式融合不充分、设计转化路径不清晰等问题,提出一种融合感性工学、探索性因子分析与可拓语义的屏风家具设计方法。方法 首先,运用语义差分法采集用户对香云纱屏风家具的感性认知数据,通过探索性因子分析提取关键感性因子;其次,构建香云纱屏风家具设计的可拓基元模型,建立感性因子与屏风形态、结构、材质搭配及工艺细节之间的映射关系;最后,采用模糊综合评价法对候选方案进行优选,对最优方案进行细节深化。结果 本研究将用户对香云纱的抽象感性需求转化为可操作的家具设计特征,形成了三套不同风格导向的香云纱屏风家具方案,筛选出综合评价最优的设计方案。结论 构建了“感性因子提取、可拓语义映射、设计推演、科学评价”的闭环设计路径,为传统材质在现代家具设计中的创新应用提供了可量化、可转译的设计参考。

Abstract

In response to the problems of insufficient semantic translation of gambiered Guangdong gauze in contemporary furniture design, inadequate integration of cultural connotation with modern lifestyle, and unclear design transformation paths, the work aims to propose a design method for gambiered Guangdong gauze screen furniture, which integrates sensory engineering, exploratory factor analysis, and extension semantics. Firstly, the semantic differential method was used to collect users' perceptual cognition data of gambiered Guangdong gauze screen furniture, and key perceptual factors were extracted through exploratory factor analysis. Secondly, an extensible basic element model for the design of gambiered Guangdong gauze screen furniture was constructed, and the mapping relationship between perceptual factors and the form, structure, material combination, and process details of the screen was established. Finally, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to select the best candidate solutions, and the details of the optimal solution were refined. The research converted users' abstract perceptual demands for gambiered Guangdong gauze into operable furniture design features, forming three sets of gambiered Guangdong gauze screen furniture schemes with different style orientations, and screening out the design scheme with the best comprehensive evaluation. A closed-loop design path of "perceptual factor extraction, extension semantic mapping, design inference, and scientific evaluation" is constructed, providing quantifiable and translatable design references for the innovative application of traditional materials in modern furniture design.
