目的 在全球化产业升级与文化经济蓬勃发展的背景下,文化与旅游的深度融合已成为推动产业创新的重要动力。预制菜作为现代餐饮产业的新兴领域,凭借其便捷性和地域性的特征,兼具市场潜力与文化价值。本研究聚焦文旅资源与预制菜产业的跨界融合路径并为相关设计实践提供理论支撑与应用参考。方法 通过实地调研与案例分析,揭示了文旅融合与预制菜产业的内在关联,明晰了当前预制菜包装设计的痛点所在,提出通过数字技术赋能预制菜包装的设计策略。结果 在岭南广府菜预制菜包装设计中融入H5动画、增强现实（AR）、物联网、区块链等数字技术,能够深化消费者对岭南广府菜背后饮食文化内涵的感知,构建起消费者与产品的多维对话桥梁,确保预制菜产业链的透明度和可追溯性。结论 岭南广府菜包装设计实践表明,数字技术赋能预制菜包装可发挥其在地域文化表达、消费情感联结、产业链溯源等方面的优势。展望未来,随着数字技术的不断进步,其在预制菜包装设计中的应用将进一步拓展,为产业创新与文旅融合发展提供更广阔的空间。
Abstract
In the context of globalized industrial upgrading and booming cultural economy, the in-depth integration of culture and tourism industry has become an important force to reshape the market pattern. As an emerging field of modern catering industry, prepared dishes have both market potential and cultural value by virtue of their convenience and regional characteristics. The work aims to explore the cross-border integration path between cultural tourism resources and the prepared dish industry and provide theoretical support as well as practical application references for relevant design practices. Through field survey and case analysis, the intrinsic correlation between culture and tourism integration and prepared dishes was revealed, the pain points of the current prepared dish packaging design were identified, and the strategies of empowering the prepared dish packaging design through digital technology were proposed. With Lingnan Cantonese prepared dish packaging design as an example, the introduction of H5 animation, augmented reality (AR), Internet of Things, blockchain and other digital technologies deepened consumers' perception of the culinary cultural connotations behind Lingnan Cantonese dishes, built a multi-dimensional dialogue bridge between the consumers and the product, and ensured the transparency and traceability of the prepared dish industry chain. Practical research on Lingnan Cantonese dish packaging design reveals that the prepared dish packaging empowered by digital technologies can exert its strengths in regional cultural expression, consumer emotional connection, and industrial chain traceability. Looking ahead, with the continuous advancement of digital technologies, their applications in the prepared dish packaging design will be further expanded, opening broader prospects for industrial innovation and the integrated development of cultural tourism.
