目的 探究数智技术对区域文化品牌发展的影响,揭示技术赋能效应的区域差异特征,为不同区域文化品牌的数字化发展提供路径参考。方法 利用2017年至2021年中国30个省份的面板数据,从产业规模、产业效率、创新能力三个维度构建文化品牌发展水平指标,从基础设施、人力资源、产业规模、技术交易四个维度构建数智技术指标,采用熵值法计算综合指数。运用双向固定效应模型检验数智技术对文化品牌发展的影响,通过工具变量回归和Bootstrap方法进行稳健性检验并按东中西部进行异质性分析。结果 数智技术对文化品牌发展具有显著正向影响,但存在明显的区域异质性,东部地区技术赋能效应最强(系数0.852、P<0.01);中部地区效应中等(系数0.265、P<0.05);西部地区效应不显著。地方财政文化支出在中西部地区具有显著正向作用,在东部地区不显著。结论 数智技术对文化品牌的赋能效应具有区域依赖性,取决于数字基础设施、人才储备和市场环境等区域条件。东部地区应深化技术应用、中部地区需加强技术转化、西部地区应优先完善数字基础。本研究为区域文化品牌的数字化转型和差异化发展提供了实证依据。
Abstract
The work aims to investigate the impact of digital-intelligent technology on regional cultural brand development, reveal the regional disparity characteristics of technology empowerment effects, and provide pathway references for the digital development of cultural brands in different regions. With panel data from 30 Chinese provinces spanning 2017-2021, cultural brand development indicators were constructed from three dimensions of industry scale, industry efficiency, and innovation capacity. Digital-intelligent technology indicators were constructed from four dimensions of infrastructure, human resources, industry scale, and technology transactions, with comprehensive indices calculated by the entropy method. A two-way fixed effects model was employed to examine the impact of digital-intelligent technology on cultural brand development. Robustness tests were conducted through instrumental variable regression and Bootstrap methods, and heterogeneity analysis was performed across eastern, central, and western regions. Digital-intelligent technology exerted a significant positive impact on cultural brand development, but notable regional heterogeneity existed. The technology empowerment effect was the strongest in eastern regions (coefficient 0.852, P<0.01), moderate in central regions (coefficient 0.265, P<0.05), and insignificant in western regions. Local government cultural expenditure showed significant positive effects in central and western regions but was insignificant in eastern regions. The empowerment effect of digital-intelligent technology on cultural brands exhibits regional dependence, contingent upon regional conditions such as digital infrastructure, talent reserves, and market environment. Eastern regions should deepen technology application, central regions need to strengthen technology transformation, and western regions should prioritize improving digital foundations. This work provides empirical evidence for the digital transformation and differentiated development of regional cultural brands.
