摘要

目的 针对阿尔茨海默症老人居家夜间离床、徘徊及潜在离家风险,构建基于KJ-PCA-G1-TOPSIS的多方法融合设计决策模型,为居家夜间离床徘徊干预智能产品研发提供方法参考。方法 通过访谈和场景观察获取典型样本需求,运用KJ法提取核心指标;采用PCA法对有效问卷数据进行降维处理,构建功能评价指标体系;运用G1法依据专家序关系判断确定指标权重,最后通过评审小组结合TOPSIS法对备选方案进行多属性综合评价。结果 PCA提取出舒适与操作体验、安全与协同防护、产品属性与效益三类主成分;G1法结果显示,防走失需求、安全防护需求及操作便捷性需求权重较高;TOPSIS评价结果显示,去标签化的居家夜间防走失地毯灯方案相对贴近度最高,在既定范围内综合表现优于其他备选方案。结论 KJ-PCA-G1-TOPSIS模型能够将用户感性需求、统计降维、专家赋权和方案量化评价相结合,有助于提升阿尔茨海默症老人居家夜间防走失产品设计的系统性和可复核性。研究结果可为夜间离床徘徊干预、照护者协同提醒和去标签化适老化智能家居产品设计提供参考,但方案有效性仍需通过功能原型和真实场景测试进一步验证。

Abstract

The work aims to construct an integrated KJ-PCA-G1-TOPSIS design decision model for the research and development of home-based smart intervention products to address the risks of night-time bed-leaving, wandering and potential elopement among elderly Alzheimer's patients. User needs were collected via field interviews and scenario observations. Core evaluation indicators were extracted using the KJ method, and a comprehensive indicator system was established through PCA dimensionality reduction. The G1 method was applied to calculate indicator weights based on expert judgments, and the TOPSIS method was adopted to conduct a multi-attribute evaluation on the alternative design schemes. Through the PCA method, three principal components were identified: comfort and operation experience, safety and collaborative protection, and product attributes and benefits. Weighting results revealed that anti-wandering performance, safety protection and operational convenience were the dominant design priorities. TOPSIS evaluation demonstrated that the home-based unlabeled anti-wandering carpet lamp scheme had the highest degree of relative closeness and outperformed other alternative schemes in comprehensive performance within the given range. The KJ-PCA-G1-TOPSIS model effectively integrates user perceptual needs, statistical analysis, expert weighting and quantitative evaluation, improving the systematicness and repeatability of anti-wandering product design for elderly Alzheimer's patients. This study provides a reference for the home-based smart and unlabeled elderly-friendly product design for night-time wandering intervention and caregiver collaborative reminding, while further prototype tests and real-scene verification are required to validate the scheme's practical effectiveness.
