摘要

目的 针对当代大学生健康管理中普遍存在的高焦虑与低依从性并存困境,运用文献计量学方法系统梳理国内外研究脉络,构建面向内在动机激发的主动健康设计框架。方法 以Web of Science核心合集与CNKI为数据源,检索2015年至2025年间相关文献4 798篇,遵循PRISMA流程筛选后纳入47篇核心文献进行定性合成分析。运用CiteSpace 6.4软件进行关键词共现、聚类、突现及时间线分析,识别研究热点与演进趋势。结果 可视化分析显示,国际研究形成以数字健康、移动健康、康复为核心的研究网络,近年来人工智能、情绪调节、大学生成为突现热点;国内研究围绕大学生、心理健康、亚健康主题展开,游戏化、服务设计、交互作用成为新兴方向。现有干预设计存在三方面不足:功能代偿取向忽视心理体验、外在激励机制诱发动机耗竭、量化监测缺乏意义建构支持。结论 整合自我决定理论、具身认知与叙事心理学,构建EIGC(Embodied Interaction具身交互-Identity Construction身份建构-Gamified Prudence游戏审慎-Community Resonance社群共振)主动健康设计框架,提出了具体的设计原则与设计检查点,为青年数字健康产品开发提供系统的方法论指导。

Abstract

To address the coexistence of high health anxiety and low behavioral compliance among university students, the work aims to adopt bibliometric methods to systematically sort out Chinese and international research contexts and construct an active health design framework for intrinsic motivation stimulation. With the Web of Science Core Collection and CNKI as data sources, 4 798 relevant publications published between 2015 and 2025 were retrieved. Following the PRISMA process, 47 core papers were included for qualitative synthesis analysis after screening. CiteSpace 6.4 software was used to conduct key word co-occurrence, clustering, burst detection and timeline analysis, so as to identify research hotspots and evolutionary trends. Visualization analysis reveals that international research has formed a research network centered on digital health, mobile health and rehabilitation. In recent years, artificial intelligence, emotion regulation and college students have become burst hotspots. Chinese research revolves around the themes of college students, mental health and sub-health, with gamification, service design and interaction effects as emerging directions. Existing intervention designs suffer from three deficiencies: the function-compensation orientation neglects psychological experience, extrinsic incentive mechanisms may induce motivation exhaustion and quantitative monitoring lacks support for meaning construction. By integrating Self-Determination Theory, embodied cognition, and narrative psychology, this work proposes the EIGC (Embodied Interaction, Identity Construction, Gamified Prudence, Community Resonance) active health design framework, with specific design principles and checkpoints to guide youth digital health product development.
