摘要

目的 针对女性家用健身产品设计中用户需求获取碎片化及设计决策主观性较强的问题,提出一种面向在线评论数据的产品设计方法。方法 以女性家用健身椭圆仪为研究对象,首先基于电商平台用户评论数据,利用Python爬虫技术获取文本信息,并结合BTM主题模型与扎根理论对非结构化数据进行主题挖掘与层级化编码,实现用户需求的结构化表达;其次,采用CRITIC方法确定需求指标的客观权重,在此基础上,引入VIKOR方法构建多方案决策模型,对不同设计方案进行综合评价与优选;最后,基于高权重需求要素开展产品设计实践并进行优化验证。结果 构建了从用户需求挖掘到设计方案优选的系统化路径,并获得最优设计方案。结论 该方法能够有效提升用户需求识别的准确性与设计决策的科学性,为面向女性群体的家用健身产品设计提供数据驱动的实现路径。

Abstract

The work aims to propose a product design method based on online review data to address the issues of fragmented user requirement acquisition and high subjectivity in design decision-making of home fitness products for female users. Taking a home elliptical trainer for female users as the research object, user review data were first collected from e-commerce platforms using Python-based web crawling techniques. The Biterm topic model (BTM) combined with grounded theory was then employed to perform topic mining and hierarchical coding on unstructured text data, enabling structured representation of user requirements. Subsequently, the CRITIC method was applied to determine the objective weights of evaluation indicators. On this basis, the VIKOR method was introduced to construct a multi-criteria decision-making model for comprehensive evaluation and optimization of design options. Finally, product design practice was conducted based on high-weight requirements, and the optimal option was further refined and validated. A systematic design pathway from user requirement mining to optimal option selection was established, and the best design option was obtained. In conclusion, the proposed method effectively improves the accuracy of user requirement identification and the scientificity of design decision-making, providing a data-driven approach for the design of home fitness products targeting female users.
