摘要

目的 针对儿童药物依从性低、传统家长监督模式导致的“用药督促疲劳”及儿童逆反心理问题,本研究旨在探索基于代际协同机制的游戏化药盒设计方法。方法 运用访谈法与田野调查构建代际服药行为全景体验地图;结合Kano模型对需求属性进行分类,并引入最优最劣法(Best-Worst Method,BWM)进行需求的动态权重分配;依托质量屋(House of Quality,HOQ)将用户需求转化为产品技术要素以确定设计机制。结果 代际协作任务链、沉浸式交互及动态难度奖励为核心需求属性;基于此提出设计方案并经用感知可用性验证及模糊综合评价验证。结论 该方法有效整合定性与定量分析,突破传统单维度需求分析的局限。通过构建代际需求矩阵与优化技术转化路径,平衡儿童自主性提升与照料者操作简化需求,为儿童友好型医疗产品的研发提供了有效的设计机制参考。

Abstract

The work aims to explore a gamification pill box design method based on the intergenerational synergy mechanism to address the problems of "medication supervision fatigue" and children's rebellious psychology caused by low drug adherence, traditional parental supervision model. Interview and field survey were conducted to construct a panoramic experience map of intergenerational medication behaviors. The need attributes were classified by the Kano model, and the Best-Worst Method (BWM) was introduced for dynamic weight allocation of needs. Relying on the House of Quality (HOQ), user needs were transformed into product technical elements to determine the design mechanism. The intergenerational collaboration task chain, immersive interaction and dynamic difficulty rewards were the core need attributes. Based on this, a design scheme was proposed, and verified by perceived usability verification and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. In conclusion, this method effectively integrates qualitative and quantitative analysis, breaking through the limitations of traditional single-dimensional demand analysis. By constructing an intergenerational need matrix and optimizing the technology transformation path, it balances the needs of improving children's autonomy and simplifying caregivers' operations, which provides an effective design mechanism reference for the research and development of child-friendly medical products.
