目的 针对社区银发群体在免费健康体检服务中普遍存在的认知负荷偏高、流程性焦虑突出及检后反馈不足等问题,结合Gross情绪调节法则,对适老化APP设计逻辑进行重构。方法 首先通过桌面研究与用户访谈梳理社区老年人体检的完整服务情境,并结合PAD情感模型与图形化情绪测量思路识别检前、检中与检后阶段的核心负面情绪触点;在此基础上,依据情境选择、情境修正、注意分配、认知改变与反应调整五个维度,提出“青松医生”APP的功能架构与界面策略。结果 将理论策略转化为“青松医生”APP的高保真原型与交互流程,并在12名老年人参与的小样本探索性测试中进行初步考察。结果显示,该方案在降低消极情绪唤醒、提升任务完成效率与增强积极情绪体验方面呈现出一定改善趋势。结论 将Gross情绪调节理论引入适老化服务设计,有助于从机制层面回应老年用户在数字就医中的焦虑来源,并为基层智慧医疗产品的适老化转型提供方法论参考;但相关量化结果主要用于验证设计思路的可行性,不构成广泛推广的因果性定论。
Abstract
The work aims to integrate Gross's emotion regulation theory to reconstruct the design logic of an age-friendly mobile APP to deal with the high cognitive load, process-related anxiety, and insufficient post-examination feedback commonly experienced by older adults in community-based free health examination services. Desk research and user interviews were first conducted to examine the complete service context of community health examinations for older adults. The PAD emotional model and a graphical emotion measurement approach were then employed to identify key negative emotional touchpoints before, during, and after the examination. On this basis, the functional architecture and interface strategies of the "Dr. Qingsong" APP were proposed from five dimensions: situation selection, situation modification, attentional deployment, cognitive change, and response modulation. The theoretical strategies were translated into a high-fidelity prototype and interaction flow of the "Dr. Qingsong" APP, and were preliminarily examined through a small-sample exploratory test involving 12 older adults. The results indicated that the proposed design showed a certain tendency toward reducing negative emotional arousal, improving task completion efficiency, and enhancing positive emotional experience. Introducing Gross's emotion regulation theory into age-friendly service design can help address the sources of anxiety experienced by older users in digital healthcare from a mechanism-oriented perspective, and provides methodological reference for the age-friendly transformation of grassroots smart healthcare products. However, the quantitative findings mainly serve to examine the feasibility of the proposed design approach and should not be interpreted as a broadly generalizable causal conclusion.
