摘要

目的 研究旨在探讨数字博物馆文物展示界面设计类型对用户体验的影响,以此提出设计建议,提升文物展示的可用性。方法 选取功能性设计、语境式设计、美术式设计以及表现融合设计这四个代表样本,通过认知测量实验,从认知偏好、情感体验以及主观评价三个层面综合评估样本可用性。实验采用单因素组间设计,招募被试进行自由浏览任务,采用非参数检验比较组间差异。结果 美术式设计(S1)和表现融合设计(S3)能有效触发用户无意识认知,而功能性设计(S2)表现不良;表现融合设计(S3)在文物关注度、兴趣度及主观评价上均显著领先;语境式设计(S4)虽能激发积极情感,但文物关注度较低。结论 数字博物馆文物展示界面应优先采用表现融合设计范式,以美术式设计强化文物的视觉显著性,辅以适度语境元素激发情感共鸣。建议通过双通道表现系统和动态适配机制平衡认知与情感需求,为设计应用提供理论依据。

Abstract

The work aims to investigate the impact of different types of digital museum artifact display interface designs on user experience, thereby proposing design recommendations to enhance the usability of artifact display. Four representative samples, including functional, contextual, artistic, and expressive-integrated design types were selected and their usability was evaluated across three dimensions of cognitive preference, emotional experience, and subjective evaluation. In this experiment, a between-group, single-factor design was employed. Participants performed free browsing tasks, and between-group differences were analyzed through non-parametric tests. The results showed that artistic design (S1) and expressive-integrated design (S3) effectively triggered users' unconscious cognition, while functional design (S2) underperformed. Expressive-integrated design (S3) significantly outperformed the others in artifact attention, interest level, and subjective evaluation. Although contextual design (S4) stimulated positive emotions, it resulted in lower artifact focus. Digital museum display interfaces should prioritize the expressive-integrated design paradigm, using artistic design to enhance the visual salience of artifacts, complemented by contextual elements to evoke emotional resonance. A dual-channel expression system and a dynamic adaptation mechanism are recommended to balance cognitive and emotional needs, providing a theoretical foundation for future design practices.
