目的 针对居家场景下失能/半失能老人面临的移乘转运问题,探讨兼顾用户需求与人机舒适度的适老化移乘产品设计原则。方法 首先,对老年用户及护理人员进行需求调研,并使用KANO模型进行分析,识别移乘产品的关键设计要点;其次,采用Jack软件对典型家用移乘产品的使用过程进行人机工程仿真分析,获取人机工程问题要点;最后,基于用户需求分析和人机工程问题要点构建家用移乘转运产品设计原则。结果 构建了包含全过程安全性、全用户易用性、可持续舒适性、多维度体验性4个维度的适老化移乘产品设计原则,并基于此进行针对居家场景的移乘转运产品系统创新设计实践。结论 本研究为居家养老场景下的移乘辅助产品设计提供了理论依据与实践参考,所构建的多方法融合设计流程可为同类适老化产品研究提供方法论借鉴。
Abstract
The work aims to explore the design principles of age-friendly transfer products that balance user needs and human-machine comfort with the focus on the transfer and transportation problems of disabled/semi-disabled elderly people in their home environment. Firstly, the demand of elderly users and caregivers were surveyed, and the Kano model was used to identify the key design points of transfer products; Secondly, the Jack software was used to conduct ergonomic simulation analysis of typical home transfer products to obtain ergonomic key points; Finally, based on the user demand analysis and ergonomic issue points, the design principles for home transfer and transportation products were constructed. Four dimensions of design principles for age-friendly transfer products were constructed, including overall safety, overall user usability, sustainable comfort, and multi-dimensional experience. Based on these principles, a system innovation design practice for transfer and transportation products in the home environment was carried out. This study provides a theoretical basis and practical references for the design of transfer assistance products in the home-based elderly care scenario. The multi-method integration design process constructed in this study can provide methodological references for similar research on age-friendly products.
