| 目的 解决目前牙科检查椅在形态设计上仍存在的种种问题。方法 从用户的生活习性、 产品偏好、 消费心理以及生活状态等方面进行详细的问卷调研， 把用户的需求分为显性需求和潜在需求。在用户显性需求和潜在需求中着重思考潜在需求， 即精神需求的心理满足。结果 关注诸如使用方便、 舒适和安全卫生等用户显性需求， 力求赋予牙科检查椅更多的 “情感”， 着重用户的第一感， 对牙科检查椅进行造型上的优化改良。结论 便于牙医医疗操控， 减轻操控疲劳； 缓解患者恐惧心理， 使医疗体验过程舒适轻松， 同时给予该领域产品更多人性化的设计理念， 对该领域的设计提供一定的参考和帮助。 |
