| 目的 对当下设计专业参与贫困地区以特色文化产业带动精准扶贫的产学研模式展开分析。方法 结合设计产学研的新形式以及设计参与特色文化产业扶贫的新模式，基于典型的“三重螺旋”，构建纳入“文化持有者”在内的“四重螺旋”协同创新模式，讨论文化持有者、学术界、政府和产业在合作中的角色与优势，并以“新通道”设计与社会创新项目为案例，探讨其协同创新网络机制与模式的构建方式。结论 通过将文化持有者纳入产学研网络，激发他们的脱贫主体性，创建其与高校、企业、政府之间的协作关系，培养出一批掌握传统工艺与现代设计语言的新型手艺人，有助于他们融入全球化的商业与社会创新网络，有效地实现文化的保护传承与创新发展。 |

| It aims to analyze the present Industry-University-Research mode which happens in the field of targeted poverty alleviation among poverty-stricken areas driven by featured cultural industries that design participates in. Combined with the new trend of Industry-University-Research in design discipline and new mode of design participating in the featured cultural industry for poverty alleviation, based on the typical "triple helix", it builds "quadruple helix" collaborative innovation model including "culture holders" and discusses the role and advantages of culture holder, academia, government and the industry in collaboration. And "New Channel" design and social innovation project as a case is used to explore the construction of its collaborative innovation network's mechanism and mode. Through the incorporation of culture holders into the network, it can stimulate their subjectivity for poverty alleviation, and create its cooperation with universities, enterprises, and government. By cultivating a number of new craftsmen who own the language of traditional crafts and modern design, it can help them integrate into the global business and social innovation network, and realize the innovation and development of cultural heritage effectively. |
