      目的 基于新零售的时代背景,研究无人零售场景中影响用户体验的关键因素,对优化用户体验进行更为深层的创新思考。方法 通过对现有无人商店的调查分析,解构用户需求、行为习惯和期望痛点;分析无人商店的线上线下信息获取浏览、消费行为流程、心理体验感受等各个接触点的用户体验设计。结论 总结出目前无人商店用户体验的优势与不足,提出相关的优化策略,便于用户更快更好地体验与接受,进而提升无人零售的市场竞争力。
英文摘要:
      The work aims to study the key factors influencing user experience in the unmanned retail scene, and conduct further innovative thinking on optimizing user experience based on the background of the new retail era. The user needs, behavior habits and expectation pain points were deconstructed through investigation and analysis of existing unmanned retail stores. The user experience design of each contact point was analyzed, such as online and offline information acquisition and browsing, consumption behavior process, and psychological experience and feelings of unmanned retail stores. The advantages and disad-vantages of the current user experience of unmanned retail stores are summarized, and the relevant optimization strategies are put forward, so that users can experience and accept it faster and better, thus improving the market competitiveness of unmanned retail.
