| 目的 通过对社区空间环境的互动性现状进行分析，提出针对性建议来促使“见缝插绿”的社区公园成为城市居民休闲健身、缓解压力、增进邻里互动的重要场所。方法 通过对天津市社区公园的取样调研，采用行为观察与发放问卷的方式，总结分析居民活动的空间和设施配置的现状问题，探讨各年龄段使用人群的行为特征及对互动性空间的需求与偏好。结果 提出以互动参与为核心、以主题空间为手段的设计原则，以及活动空间的叠加和设施质料经营的互动性策略，以满足使用者的多样化互动需求。结论 研究侧重于从调研中发现的问题，即空间形式单一与设施使用率低这两方面入手，通过互动性社区公园的营造，使社区公园成为居民日常互动社交和情感交流的重要载体。 |

| The work aims to put forward specific suggestions to promote the community park of "green everywhere" to become an important place for urban residents to relax and exercise, relieve pressure and enhance the interaction between neighbors, through the analysis on the interactive status of community space environment. Through the sampling survey of Tianjin Community Park, the method of behavior observation and questionnaire distribution were used to summarize and analyze the current situation of residents' activity space and facilities configuration, and discuss the behavior characteristics of users at all ages and their demands and preferences for interactive space. The design principles of interactive participation as the core and theme space as the means, and the interactive strategy for the superposition of activity space and the management of facilities and materials were proposed, so as to meet the diversified interactive demands of users. The research focuses on the problems found in the survey from two aspects, i.e. the single spatial form and the low utilization rate of facilities. Through the construction of interactive community parks, community parks have become an important carrier of residents' daily interaction, social interaction and emotional communication. |
