| 目的 探索城市商业街区公共设施的设计新思路及其在各类型商业街区的具体应用。方法 首先，从商业街区在城市景观建设中的重要性入手，对其中的公共设施所发挥的作用进行认定。接着深入商业街区公共设施的功能特点，分析其在实用性、空间性和装饰性等方面的独特作用。然后，以此为依据，总结商业街区公共设施设计中的以人为本、注重文化、强调整体等基本原则。最后，分别选取旅游商业街区、体验式商业街区中的公共设施设计进行探究，分析其中的个性化应用，探索全新的设计路径。结论 商业街区是体现城市个性风貌的重要载体，将各种有效、新奇的设计思想及方法作用其中，可以营造多元化、现代化、人性化的商业街区形象，为今后的商业街区改造更新和公共设施建设提供更多的可能。 |

| The paper aims to explore a new idea of the design of public facilities in urban commercial blocks and its specific application in various types of commercial blocks. From the importance of commercial blocks in the construction of urban landscape, its role in public facilities was determined. Functions and characteristics of the public facilities and commercial blocks were explored to analyze its practicability, unique function of space and decoration, etc. And then on this basis, basic principles for public facility design in commercial blocks such as people-orientation, paying attention to culture, and emphasizing the overall aspects were summarized. Finally, public facilities of tourism commercial blocks and experiential commercial blocks were selected to analyze their design, the personalized applications, and explore the design of the new path. The commercial block is an important carrier to reflect the city's individual features, and it can create a diversified, modernized and humanized commercial block image with various effective and novel design ideas and methods, which will provide more possibilities for the reconstruction and renewal of commercial blocks and the construction of public facilities in the future. |
