| 目的 在公园城市发展背景下，城市建设需要与社区发展相结合，探索社区厕所的服务设计发展路径。方法 以服务设计理论为指导，对社区厕所用户群体进行调研分析，通过绘制用户旅程图剖析用户痛点及寻找机会点，对比社区厕所与其他厕所的功能差异，探索社区厕所的功能特色和现存问题。结果 以服务设计研究流程作为指导，对社区厕所现状进行探讨及优化，将服务的无形与厕所的有形相互结合，为社区厕所设计实践提供有效策略。结论 通过实地调研，围绕用户行为，总结以服务为核心的社区厕所设计要点，进而打造以社区为枢纽，以厕所为导向的城市发展模式，实现生态、生活、生产上的平衡统一，构建以社区厕所为引流的优质社区生活圈。在提升用户体验，增强城市软实力及维护生态环境的可持续性发展等方面都具有积极的现实意义。 |

| In the context of the development of park city, urban construction needs to be combined with community development to explore the service design development path of the community “toilet revolution”. Under the guidance of service design theory, the user groups of community toilets were investigated and analyzed, and the user journey map was used to analyze the user's pain points and find opportunities; at the same time, the functional differences between community toilets and other toilets were compared to explore the functional characteristics and existing problems of community toilets. The service design research process was used as a guide to explore and optimize the status of community toilets, and the intangibility of services was combined with the tangibility of toilet design to provide effective strategies for community toilet design practices. Through field research, focusing on user behavior, and summarizing the key points of service-oriented community toilet design, a community-centric and toilet-oriented urban development model can be created to achieve a balanced ecology, life, and production. In the end, a high-quality community living circle with community toilets as the drainage will be constructed. It has positive practical significance in improving the user experience, enhancing the soft power of the city, and maintaining the sustainable development of the ecological environment. |
