目的 探究老年人使用数字医疗App的体验障碍,归纳信息加工与体验障碍的映射关系,构建适老化体验评价指标,提出适老化设计策略。方法 结合“人的信息加工模型”推演出体验障碍与用户体验设计的理论框架,采用扎根理论构建信息加工过程与适老化体验的指标,运用层次分析计算体验评价指标优先级权重。结果 在适老化体验评价的总指标中,信息设计的权重最高。在次指标中文案清晰易识别权重高于其他指标。结论 构建了“老年人-HIP-体验障碍-体验设计”的关系模型,总结出4个总指标和14个次指标的体验指标体系,提出适老化设计策略。深层次挖掘老年人在体验设计不同阶段的障碍类型及体验指标,为数字产品适老化设计提供指导和建议。 |

The work aims to explore the experience obstacles of the elderly when using digital medical Apps, summarize the mapping relationship between information processing and experience obstacles, construct evaluation indicators of elderly-oriented experience, and propose elderly-oriented design strategies. The theoretical framework of experience obstacles and user experience design was proposed in combination with the "human information processing model". Based on the grounded theory, the indicators of information processing and elderly-oriented experience were constructed, and the priority weights of experience evaluation indicators were calculated by AHP. Among the overall indicators of elderly-oriented experience evaluation, the weight of information design was the highest. Among the sub-indicators, the weight of text clarity and legibility was higher than that of other indicators. Through this research, an "elderly-HIP-experience obstacle-elderly-oriented design" relationship model is established. An experience indicator system of 4 overall indicators and 14 sub-indicators is summarized, and an elderly-oriented design strategy is put forward. The research will deeply dig out the barrier types of the elderly in different stages of experience design, and provide guidance and suggestions for the elderly-oriented design of mobile Internet products. |
